Eugene A. Fersen

During the course of my quest for truth, knowledge and nature of reality over the last 40 years or so, considerable valuable inner knowledge has been opened to me from numerous and diverse sources, knowledge which I have since been blessed to share with readers of my books, newsletters and websites. When I recently discovered and started to read Science of Being by The Baron Eugene Fersen, originally made available to very few selected, privileged people in the form of a series of twenty seven individual lessons, I knew at once that these are no ordinary texts. It very soon became apparent to me in fact that this is an extremely profound and important collection of wisdom, knowledge and teachings, and without doubt some of the very greatest I have personally ever seen on these most important matters. Science of Being is not only one of the very first texts on The Law of Attraction ever written, if not the first, it is, in my view, one of the most profound and important texts ever...

This volume is devoted to studying the emergence and flourishing of new humanistically informed developments in philosophical hermeneutics within contemporary Chinese philosophy. By means of some articles published previously in the "Journal of Chinese Philosophy" in the 1970s and 1980s, questions about the nature of philosophical understanding and the diversity of hermeneutic options in Chinese indigenous teachings - including Ruist ("Confucian"), Daoist, and Chinese Buddhist realms of exploration - are reintroduced. Following these seminal essays, a number of new pieces written by philosophers and sinologists active in evaluating basic orientations toward philosophical understanding in China are presented. Some offer new insights into the confluence of Gadamerian and Ruist approaches to philosophy, while others employ more critical methods to indicate why serious hermeneutic inquiries into these indigenous traditions and their most representative texts reveal significant challenges.

What if you could tell, just by looking at others, how they tend to think, feel, and behave? What if your partner's face revealed the best way to resolve any conflicts between you? And what if you could discover in your own face the wisdom that you need in order to be the best you can be? Based on the same ancient foundation as acupuncture and Chinese medicine, face reading has been in the "research and development" phase for over 3000 years. When translated to make it meaningful for our Western lives, it's a powerful source of wisdom that we can all access. Chinese face reading shows you how to live your life in alignment with your own natural flow, find the life path that gives you joy, attract relationships that nurture you, and most of all, enable you to feel compassion for yourself and others. This book will forever change how you see yourself… and all the people in your life! Издание на английском языке.

John L. Foster

Poetry, stories, hymns, prayers, and wisdom texts found exquisite written expression in ancient Egypt while their literary counterparts were still being recited around hearth fires in ancient Greece and Israel. Yet, because of its very antiquity and the cnturies during which the language was forgotten, ancient Egyptian literature is a newly discovered country for modern readers. This anthology offers an extensive sampling of all the major genres of ancient Egyptian literature. It includes all the text from John Foster's previous book Echoes of Egyptian Voices, along with selections from his Love Songs of the New Kingdom and Hymns, Prayers, and Songs: An Anthology of Ancient Egyptian Lyric Poetry, as well as previously unpublished translations of four onger and two short poems. Foster's translations capture the poetical beauty of the Egyptian language and the spirit that impelled each piece's composition, making these ancient masterworks sing for modern readers. An introduction to...
